Pa. Man Gets Permission To Go Metal Detecting In Township Parks

Since the township supervisors placed a restriction on the metal detecting activity, this resident became to the first legally allowed to enjoy his metal detecting hobby in Washington Township, Pa. The supervisors enacted a ban on metal detecting inĀ municipalĀ parks. Those that want to metal detect are not allowed to do so at the Battle of Monterey Pass battlefield and not allowed to dig holes or leave markers. To read more on the story, see source below.
